Costco Stuffed Peppers Cooking Instructions

Stuffed Peppers // With only a handful of ingredients, these stuffed peppers are perfect for any weeknight or weekend dinner. Easy, tasty, and perfect for the whole family! | Tried and TastySteve and I love bell peppers. We buy them in bulk at Costco and use them in all kinds of recipes. Be sure and check out my Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers, Taco Stuffed Peppers,  and Black Bean Stuffed Peppers. When I saw this recipe, I knew it would be one of our favorites. It makes for a great meal all by itself. We even had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Even if you don't like peppers, they are still good – just eat the innerds! So flavorful and so tasty!

Stuffed Peppers

The perfect stuffed pepper recipe and simple to throw together!

  • 6 large bell peppers any color
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  1. Cook peppers in boiling water for five minutes.

  2. Cook beef and onions until beef is brown, drain. Stir in cooked rice, salt, garlic, and 1 c. of tomato sauce.

  3. Heat oven to 350 F. Stuff peppers. Pour remaining sauce over peppers, cover, and bake 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
