How to prepare rice water for your face?

There are three ways of preparing rice water for your face:

  1. Soaking method

    Soak 1 cup of uncooked clean rice in a bowl and add two cups of water to the same bowl and leave it there for 30-45 minutes.
    Strain the prepared rice water in a spray bottle or any other airtight container for further use.
  2. Boiling method –

    Take one cup of uncooked rice and boil it using 2-3 cups of water. Always make sure that you don't overboil the rice as it can lead to the loss of water you are preparing for your skin.
    Once boiled,  let it cool down a bit as rice can soak the entire water, so make sure you strain the water as soon as it gets a little ordinary.
  3. Fermentation method

    Use the same soaking method described above. The only difference is the amount of time for which the rice will be soaked. Usually, it is advised to soak the rice for 2-3 days in an airtight container so that it gets fermented and the water gets all the qualities of the rice in it.
    Note- Fermented rice water can be harsh on the skin sometimes so make sure to dilute it with some water before applying.

3. Wash your face with normal water
